The Ground Rules for a Smooth Experience

Thank you for choosing Set N Go Holidays. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. These terms form a legal agreement between Set N Go Holidays (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”) and the customer (“you”, “your”, or “the Client”). By booking a tour or service with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

- Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when:
- We receive your duly completed and signed booking form,
- The required deposit payment is made, and
- We issue a written confirmation of your booking.
The person signing the booking form confirms that they have the authority to act on behalf of all travelers listed in the form and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
- Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost per person is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Pricing and Inclusions
Prices are quoted per person, based on twin-sharing accommodations, and include only those items explicitly listed in the tour package.
Exclusions:
- Personal expenses (laundry, drinks, mini-bar, etc.),
- Passport and visa charges,
- Travel and medical insurance,
- Optional excursions or services not mentioned in the itinerary,
- Government taxes or airport port charges unless specified.
Price Adjustments:
We reserve the right to adjust pricing:
- Due to changes in exchange rates, transportation costs, or government-imposed taxes,
- For errors in pricing or omissions,
- If a promotional discount is released, it applies only to new bookings, not existing ones.
- Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@setngoholidays.com. The following cancellation charges will apply:

29–15 days | 50% of tour cost |
14–7 days | 75% of tour cost |
6 days or less | 100% of tour cost |
Special offers and discounted tours are non-refundable. Separate cancellation rules apply for:
- High season bookings (20th December to 15th January),
- Special train journeys or festival/event-based tours.
Cancellation charges for air/train tickets are as per respective airline/rail operator policies.
- Refund Policy
Refunds for unused services will be processed in line with our cancellation policy and paid to the original payer.
Important:
- Processing time: 2–3 weeks, subject to banking procedures.
- Bank/transaction charges will be deducted.
- No refund will be given for services voluntarily not used by the customer (e.g., meals, transfers, hotel nights).
- Passport & Visa Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and appropriate visas for your trip. Passport and visa processing is not included in the tour cost. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
- Hotel Check-in / Check-out Policy
Standard hotel check-in time is 1500 Hrs, and check-out is 1100 Hrs IST.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and hotel policies. Charges may apply and are not included in the tour cost.
- Use of Vehicles
Vehicles provided during the tour are strictly for the services mentioned in the itinerary. Any additional usage (after hours or unscheduled trips) will incur extra charges.
- Itinerary Modifications
Once the tour begins, it will follow the itinerary. However, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary in the event of:
- Weather disruptions,
- Road closures,
- Natural calamities,
- Political unrest or other safety concerns.
These changes are made in the best interest of the group and are not subject to compensation.
- Surcharges
Tour prices may be subject to surcharges if:
- There is an increase in fuel prices,
- Taxes or government levies change,
- Airline or transport fares increase.
We will absorb the first 2% of any increase. Anything beyond this will be passed on to the customer.
- Limitation of Liability
We accept responsibility for the services directly under our control. However, we are not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, death, or property damage caused by third-party suppliers,
- Delays, cancellations, or loss due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions),
- Loss of baggage, theft, or damage not attributable to us.
- Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms),
- War, civil unrest, terrorism,
- Acts of God, pandemics, or epidemics,
- Government actions or transportation disruptions.
No compensation will be offered in such cases.
- Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India, under Indian law.
